The Coaches Office
As coaches, we develop unique and impactful relationships with our players that differ from those they have with others. We dedicate a significant amount of time and energy to preparing for competition, mentoring them in decision-making, and guiding them through life’s challenges.
At MIDFIELD, our mission is to create a safe and progressive space that enables you to become the best leader and performer you can be for your players. Coaching involves navigating various aspects of the job, the game, and personal life, which can often feel overwhelming. Our goal is to collaborate with you to help you excel in areas such as de-escalating player-coach conflicts, career planning, maintaining work-life balance, and handling tough and sensitive student-athlete situations.
Additionally, we aim to highlight your strengths while expanding and refining your skills to become an advanced professional. Let’s lead by example, prioritizing our mental health and being as proactive as we encourage our players to be.
